Spinning

We do spinning from outsource and they have state of the art spinning facilities covering the complete  sphere of Yarn manufacturing including ultramodern air jet spinning and high speed ring frames. There spinning facility is the largest in the region. They have the facilities to produce combed as well as carded yarn. The flexibility of machinery results in manufacturing of yarn counts from 5s to 60s single with a high uniformity and evenness, which is reflected in our woven products.

 
 

Weaving

We do weaving from outsource and they have a big portfolio of looms comprising of power, auto, shuttle less air jet and woven jet. These looms are equipped with various kinds of secondary and auxiliary equipments to produce dobbies, jacquards and sear sucker. They have one of the largest greige fabric set ups in Pakistan the company maintains an inventory of 10 to 12 million metre fabric for its regular customers. The objective is to ensure quick deliveries and meet contingent needs of customers. We have the facility of weaving all kinds of fabrics;

we weave multiple weaves from 1/1 plain to jacquard damask fabric in width ranging from a minimum of 36 to 153 inches with a maximum thread count of 1000 threads per square inch.

Singeing

We do singeing from outsource and they have successfully processing material with the state of art Osthoff singeing machines imported from Germany. This cutting edge technology enables us to process 100,000 meters of double sided singeing for W/width 126 in just 24 hours. This machine provides us a variety of singeing position as well as variation of key singeing parameters like speed, flame intensity and distance of the fabric from the burner. These controls are readily adjustable and monitored by professionals who enable the process to be the most precise and easy to produce.

Dyeing

We do dyeing from outsource and they have new dyeing operation which  is equipped with the most sophisticated continuous dyeing machinery available. We have a wide width Thermo sol range from MONFORT (Germany), fitted with KUSTER Padder (Germany) and a new pad steam wash range from BENNINGER.

These machines together with our careful selection of the most suitable dyestuffs, continuous automatic monitoring of all process parameters, and regular instrumental color measurements, guarantee that our products achieve the highest quality standards.

Design & Creation

We do Design & Creation from outsource and they have an in-house design studio, with the responsibility for procuring and generating designs for various markets under the guidance of international professionals.
There engraving department has both the capabilities of generating screens conventionally as well as digitally using advanced wax jet technology, which is one of the best in the south Asia.


Printing

We do printing from outsource and there Printing Department, equipped with the latest ZIMMER Printing Machines capable of printing 21 colours on fabric up to a width of 3200mm, and repeat sizes ranging from 641 mm to 1200 mm is the best and newest. This machinery coupled with our Waxjet and conventional Engraving, ensures that we can achieve the finest and most sophisticated designs on a wide range of fabrics. In our sampling Department we have a new Ink-jet printer in addition to sampling tables, allowing very rapid translation of designs from the "original concept" on to fabric. The latest addition of wide width flat bed machine has now given us the opportunity to offer Panel Prints.


Finishing

We do finishing from outsource and they have a range of excellent Stentering machines with fully automatic controls, extensive calendaring equipment including the latest Ramisch Kleinewefer with "Nipco bowls", wide width Sanforising machine and combined peading/raising machine.

 

 



Stitching

The extensive stitching units with latest machines equipped with various tools to produce a diversified product range. Stitching unit is designed for specified products to achieve the optimum level production efficiencies and highest level of quality standards.
