Hussain Textiles has H&S manual and a permanent committee to ensure safety of Staff and Workers.

Quality Standards

All the procured yarn for our weaving / knitting purposes is 100% tested at the Spinning Mills as per the international yarn testing standards.

All the weaved / knitted grey fabric is subjected to 100% inspection in accordance with our in house established quality inspection standards which are part of our Quality Management System (ISO 9002)

During our fabric processing, we work in compliance with AATCC, ISO, and DIN & BRITISH Standards and we also follow Oko Tex - 100 Standard.

During our stitching & packing we follow the following standards

• AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) - In Line Inspecting
• AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) - Final Inspection

Quality Control Lab

Our vision of quality calls us to set the standard, both in the products we take and in the level of service we deliver to our customers. We have a fully equipped, sophisticated quality-control lab (QCL), which administers accurate tests for weather fastness, abrasion and pilling, tear strength and humidity. We are very conscious about quality control and take pride in the high standards we maintain. QCL runs different tests at all stages of production to ensure processes are correct and consistent. Our Lab enables us to surpass our client's expectations.
